Roaming Panda Inc. ("Roaming Panda") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how Roaming Panda collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use its websites, products, and services, including roaming-panda.com, solrove.com, usepith.dev, and any associated applications (collectively, the "Services").

- Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS communications unless you re-opt in.
- Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or contact Roaming Panda at [email protected].
- Supported carriers: Not all mobile carriers are supported. Roaming Panda is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Data sharing: Mobile opt-in data and consent — including your phone number and message preferences — are not shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
4. How Roaming Panda Shares Your Information
Roaming Panda does not sell your personal information. It may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Roaming Panda works with vendors who perform services on its behalf (email delivery, analytics, hosting). These providers are contractually required to use your data only to provide services to Roaming Panda.
- Legal requirements: Roaming Panda may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

Roaming Panda implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
10. Data Processing Location
Roaming Panda Inc. is incorporated in the United States. Roaming Panda processes and stores data on servers located in Finland (EU), operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. If you are located outside Finland or the EU, your information will be transferred to and stored on infrastructure in Finland when you use the Services.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, this means your data remains within the EU on Hetzner-operated infrastructure. Roaming Panda does not claim any specific data-protection certifications beyond what Hetzner provides as a data processor. Roaming Panda Inc. personnel are located in the United States and may access and process data stored on those servers in the ordinary course of business. For users in the EEA or United Kingdom, this access constitutes an international data transfer to the United States. Roaming Panda does not currently rely on any formal transfer mechanism (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). By using the Services, you acknowledge this transfer and access arrangement.
11. Changes to This Policy
Roaming Panda may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Roaming Panda will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by email or prominent notice on its website. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
